SOF Week - I am unable to attend, can I get a refund?

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer any refunds once a registration has been made.

Substitutions are approved on a case-by-case basis. The substitute attendee will still need to register themselves through the registration form and only once all checks have been complete will a refund for the original attendee be processed.
